Summerwind Resort

We stayed in 1003. The owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. The condo was absolutely beautiful. I had broke.my ankle in my left foot and my right foot. The room was just off the elevator making it very easy to get in and out. Sits next to the pier and close to everything. So quiet and relaxing. I would definitely come back.

Never had a bad experience with this rental company. They have the customer in mind before the company 24/7. I don’t know how to thank this company enough. I have had a rough couple of years, every year, once a year we come here for our yearly beach trip. Never have I ever been let down. Each and every room is always spotless when we come in from an 8 hour drive. Also every room is well decorated and very beautiful. I hope this finds everyone at this company well. Also I hope this finds, (and I hope also I’m getting his name right,) Patrick or Peter. He has been a phenomenal guest service attendant. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on Navarre, fl.

Excellent resort right in the ocean and it's literally adjacent to the pier. Three pools and three hot tubs are nice to have and plenty of parking. Also very close to grocery stores and such, the view from pretty much every unit is great but the corner balcony ones are nice to see a total sunset rise and sunset both.

Great resort, amenities and huge expanse of beach. Love the walkability to the restaurants and bars. Been coming here for 15+ years, just returned home last week and booking 3 condos again for next summer. Definitely a wonderful place to vacation!!!

It's absolutely beautiful! White sand beaches, and an emerald ocean literally in the "backyard". Amazing food close by and the longest pier in the gulf is right next door.

Just finished a fantastic week at Summerwind. Those that don’t know about the tire tag system are either not guests, or they are not paying attention. There is signage everywhere reminding guests to display their parking passes (on every door entering the building, outside of the ground floor elevator, and even inside both elevators, in addition to the rental paperwork). Even my 6 year old noticed and asked if we displayed it. I was asked one time by security if I had my wristband because I had a towel over my arm and he didn’t see it. I showed him and was told “thank you - have a great day.” Not really a stalking situation if you ask me. La Dolce Vita is an excellent beach service. We had a small issue with our a/c and it was fixed immediately. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful place, the only complaint is this year the beach chair rental company literally set up their beach chairs across and beyond the whole expanse of the beach and past the summerwind condominium. To get a spot by the ocean you have to walk WAY down the beach. Never have seen a rental company own the beach front so obnoxiously. Rent a condo that includes the chairs or be prepared to walk! They were not this obnoxious 2 years ago when we were here.

This place is magic. We stay here often. The beaches are wonderful, it’s quiet, clean, and worth every penny. You can get here and you don’t have a need to drive the whole time.
